The retailer console at sidebarhealth.com is where retail partner organizations manage their enrollment program with Sidebar. Access requires a retailer account.

  1. Overview summarizes your program at a glance.
  2. Stores lists your participating locations and their status.
  3. Managers shows store manager accounts across your footprint.

Distribution and performance

  1. Carriers shows carrier participation across your locations.
  2. Co-Branded Sites lists your co-branded consumer pages.
  3. Reports provides program datasets, including staffing history, with export to CSV.
  4. Tickets tracks support requests and their status.

Account

  1. Compliance summarizes program compliance standing.
  2. Organization Profile holds your organization's details.
