Yes, completely free. Licensed agents are compensated by insurance carriers, not by you. There is no cost to get help comparing plans, checking drug coverage, or enrolling at Hy-Vee.
Do I need an appointment to see a Medicare agent at Hy-Vee?
No appointment needed. Agents are available during posted hours at the enrollment table near the pharmacy. You can also schedule a specific time if you prefer.
